My experience in life and in counseling has taught me that we are exactly who we should be, but it is up to us to be the best version of ourselves. There are tools that we can learn, skills that we can develop, and strategies that we can develop to help us through the most challenging times in life so that we can experience more of the home runs we are looking for.
