Hi! I am Rikki Goldenberg. I am a parent, child, sister, spouse, friend, and animal lover. I am someone who has been passionate about helping people since I was a teen and decided to turn this passion into a career. I received my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida and have over 10 years of experience helping people just like you: people experiencing sadness, anxiety, anger, feelings of loneliness, and many other life challenges. I believe everyone experiences these feelings at some point in their life and I am here to help.
Whether you are a teen who feels that no one understands you or an adult who is struggling with the curve balls that life is throwing you, I will offer you the respect and focus that every person deserves when they walk through my door. I will support you, challenge you, help you find the answers you are looking for, and provide you with some new tools so that you can bethe best version of you that you want to be.
When I am not practicing therapy, I may be working as a healthcare consultant, helping companies to develop programs that help people just like you and me. I manage my stress and create time for myself by working out (Pilates, Yoga and Orange Theory Fitness), having dinner with my friends, and going out dancing. I am also an avid Florida Gators fan who loves chocolate, sunsets, and afternoon thunderstorms (as long as they don't have a name).
